He was also extremely informative and let me walk through the inspection with him pointing out anything he noticed and giving me feedback on possible fixes and ideas. The entire process was extremely detail oriented and informative. I could not recommend Dakota Property Inspection enough! He went above and beyond on every detail and puts so much time and effort in his work. He sends you a full detail of his findings with pictures and videos. If it wasn’t for him I would be buying a home that would of needed a LOT of work. I can’t thank him enough for all his work. I HIGHLY recommend using Ryan for any house inspection that you need!
