See Why Homeowners and Businesses Choose Us

We’ve used Ryan twice over the last couple of years and highly recommend! He’s not only quick but thorough and professional. Your report also comes back in a very timely manner.

Ryan went above and beyond assuring every corner and inch of the home was inspected. His communication and response time were impeccable. We 100% recommend using Dakota Property Inspection. We had to use a different Property inspector for a future home purchase that is out of Ryan's area, and compared to the work Ryan does, it made this Property inspector look as if it was his first day inspecting homes even though he has been in business for 21 years. Thank you again, Ryan!

Thanks again, Ryan, for making sure my new home can now be in tip-top shape and ready to move into. Your complete inspection lets me know what needs tending to.

Great Experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who need a home inspected. Inspection report was the most detailed we have ever had from a home purchase. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Absolutely best home inspector I've ever come across! I'm keeping his # and I will not call anyone else to do my inspections! I'm not kidding when I say this guy is good, he takes his time and does a thorough job. Very affordable compared to what I've paid in the past. Worth every penny, Thank you Ryan ~

Ryan did a wonderful job and was very quick to get out to Deering to do a commercial inspection. He was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. I got the report back sooner than expected so thank you very much. Definitely a go to company since Ryan has your best interest in mind.

Ryan was an absolute great guy to work with! He was super quick and responsive on setting up a time and date. He was also extremely informative and let me walk through the inspection with him pointing out anything he noticed and giving me feedback on possible fixes and ideas. The entire process was extremely detail oriented and informative. I could not recommend Dakota Property Inspection enough! This will definitely be the only company I use for any future home inspections. Thank you again Ryan!

If you’re looking for someone who takes their job seriously and doesn’t cut corners, Ryan is who you want inspecting your property.

Ryan was professional, detailed, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. You can tell he’s not just checking boxes, he genuinely wants to protect his clients. Thanks to his thorough work, he saved us from jumping into what could’ve easily turned into a money pit.

Highly recommend. You’ll be glad you made the call.

Ryan was fantastic, although I wasn't able to be there.
